- We do not provide on-site transport within venues; attendees must plan for distances, steps and access routes in advance. Accessibility information for specific venues will be published or available on request.
- Due to the historic and listed nature of cathedral buildings, certain adjustments may not be structurally possible. We will always make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility needs within these limitations, and we encourage attendees to contact us in advance so we can provide the most accurate information for the specific Event.
8. MEDICAL AND WELFARE

- Attendees are responsible for bringing any essential medication, which should be clearly labelled and kept in its original packaging where possible.
- You may be asked to present proof of prescription and ID in respect of certain medications.
- We reserve the right to verify and, where necessary, confiscate substances that are unlabelled, appear tampered with, or raise concerns about safety or misuse.
- We recommend bringing sufficient prescribed medication for the full duration of your visit, as local access cannot be guaranteed.
- In serious cases, emergency services may be called. The Organiser is not responsible for any delay caused by third-party emergency services or the outcome of treatment.
- Our welfare approach is non-judgemental and focused on your safety and wellbeing.
9. COMMUNICABLE DISEASES

- If you develop symptoms of a potentially contagious illness while at the Event, you should report immediately to a welfare or medical point and may be asked to leave the venue.
- While we will follow applicable guidance, we cannot guarantee a disease-free environment. By attending, you accept these risks and agree that the Organiser is not liable for any health impact, medical costs, or resulting financial loss associated with communicable diseases.
