FAQs

Accessibility

Ramp access is available at the front of the Cathedral via High Cross, near the main entrance. For access tickets or assistance, please contact access@cathedralsessions.co.uk.

The Cathedral is around a 14-minute walk from Truro Train Station, with plenty of nearby bus stops. Truro is well connected, with frequent train and bus services from across Cornwall — and even a passenger ferry running from Falmouth and St Mawes.

Truro Cathedral is located in the heart of Truro and does not have on-site parking for the general public. However, there are numerous pay-and-display car parks throughout the city centre, as well as convenient park-and-ride services for those who prefer not to drive into town.

Tickets are issued electronically – no need to wait for the post. Simply show your E-ticket on your phone (or bring a printed copy if you prefer) when you arrive at the Cathedral. Our team will scan your ticket for entry.

If you have any problems with your booking or can’t locate your E-ticket, please get in touch with your ticket provider (the company you bought your ticket from) who will be happy to help.

You’re welcome to take a personal photo, though we encourage minimal phone use during the concert.

Professional photography and recording equipment require permission.

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except in the event of a cancellation or significant change to the performance. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, customers will be contacted by their point of purchase (ticket provider) with details of refund or exchange options. All refund requests and processing are handled directly by the ticket provider through whom the tickets were purchased.

We welcome interest from artists wishing to be considered as support acts, and we’re especially keen to champion local talent. If you’d like to submit your music, please send us links to your tracks, social media, and any live performance footage. Please note that support artists are often chosen in consultation with the headline artist and their management, but we keep all submissions on file for future opportunities.
